TACTICAL Development Group, is a real estate development and construction firm dedicated to investing in Newark’s residential, commercial, and arts properties and other urban communities. The founding partners, Tolani Onigbanjo, Antonio Hawthorne and Cameron Fontaine, are Newark residents that are dedicated to intentionally identifying development opportunities that continue to move the City of Newark forward.
